How it works
Your WAVE dashboard holds all the power to scheduling your WAVE Sessions. Whoever gets there first can use our calendar tool to pick dates and times that work best for them. Your match will then receive a notification letting them know it's their turn. They pick their favorite time (or offer counter suggestions) and just like 💥that💥 your Session is scheduled!
Something came up and I need to reschedule
Don't worry, we get it. Life happens, but so should your session. To reschedule simply use the reschedule button on the bottom of your Session card in your dashboard.

Using this feature will not only allow you to suggest new times, but also share a little bit about why you can't make it.
But remember, if you are rescheduling last minute (aka the day of or before) ALWAYS email and text if possible to give as much warning as possible. No one likes feeling stood up.
We already scheduled our session via email/in-person/telepathy
No worries! We know some methods work better for others, so we provided a way for Advisors to manually add any Session time or details without having to go through the back and forth of normal scheduling.
To add your Session, the Advisor can use the pencil icon in the upper right hand of the Session card (did you see that awesome icon up there? 😍), and simply enter all of the Session details. And just 👏🏼 like 👏🏼 that 👏🏼 it's scheduled.
